There is a TON of jargon in the programmatic advertising world. We’ve compiled this advertising glossary because sometimes you just need to know what a word (or acronym) means without digging around the internet.

GDPR 

Stands for General Data Protection Regulation. Passed by the European Union (EU) the regulation went into effect in May 2018. It protects the processing of personal data by requiring consent. Publishers have been using CMP for manage consent from their readers.
